Q: Is Amway worth doing? 

JoAnne: Yes, this is by far the only business model that can pass down your hard work to your next generation and generation.  So yes, it is worth it.  

Q: Amway has been in the market for so long, can I still build Amway business? 

JoAnne: Yes, if a company can stay that long in the market and expand its business worldwide, that means your business is not restricted to one country.  With its well reputation, Amway standout brightest in the competition. 

Q: What is Amway business to you?

JoAnne: At first, I thought Amway is a salesman job.  Like door knocking and sell people Amway products but after seriously and actively doing Amway business in their fiscal year 2022, I realized Amway is all about networking.  It is not just selling. 

Q: How much can you roughly earn in Amway? 

JoAnne: It really varies depending on your time you have invested.  I have been Amway member since 2003 mostly as a consumer and recommending friends Amway products not in an aggressive way, range from 2 to 3 digits income at most that never cross 21% in Amway.  Now in fiscal year 2022, because I have put in 100% of my hard work to sell then monthly income range $5k+ to $6k+.  Year end bonus of 5 figure has not yet counted in.  I will update again.  Plus Amway will invite my husband and I to grand oversea trips with cash allowance, looking forward. 

Q: Is it easy or hard to do Amway business?  And why?

JoAnne: Yes it is hard.  I have to learnt not just Amway’s product but most importantly to also change my habits.  To build Amway business one MUST change own habits, in a way that laziness, introvert, don’t feel like or whatsoever rotten negative mindset must remove 100%, many said it is like a brainwash or a system reboot to a total new you, to be positive!   Amway is an unconventional business which income can pass down to generations so Amway is about changing other people’s buying / using habits first then changing own characters and thinking to a entrepreneur mindset.  So changing someone’s habit isn’t easy, it require lots of time and effort to change.  

Q: Do you think Amway products is really that good or it is just advertisement hype? 

JoAnne: I wish Amway will do advertisements but they don’t.  Amway is about I-share-to-you-and-you-share-to-others business!  We are brand ambassador.  Yes, Amway products does speak even without a salesman to promote and having their core products patented for decades, it proof the quality and effectiveness of it.  Mainly Amway manufacture their own products without taking from 3rd party company.  Amway do have partnership with other big well-known brand of products but Amway will clarify that it is 3rd party products.  True and honest company.  See YouTube & social media and search Amway product demo, you will see many awesome and remarkable product demonstrations. 

Q: Are you satisfied with Amway now compare to 10 years ago Amway? 

JoAnne:  I see Amway founders has pass down Amway to their 2nd generation, so 3rd generation… I am not sure.  What I know is to see a company’s future growth, we need to see they’re inner operation and how they treat their pioneer frontier ABOs / IBOs.  So far many MLM companies fail to handover good business culture to their next key person.  Amway is still running strong in their business worldwide because they don’t just work with their founder’s generation but with their pioneer ABOs / IBOs which are Crown Ambassador onwards.  Amway is stronger than before. 

Q:  Is Amway business suitable for everyone? 

JoAnne: Not everyone like to do business and by running a business whether is conventional or unconventional way,  with or without physical shop, it is all about people business.  It requires hard work.  So not everyone can do business, however Amway business is for anyone because register with Amway is free.

Q:  What business model is Amway most similar to?

JoAnne:  It is self-employed and one must declare own Amway income to IRAS (Singapore) yearly.  Just like a financial advisor selling insurance products to customers, they have a very short term passive income if customer purchase certain types of insurance products.  Also senior advisor can build his/her own team (downline) and earn overriding fee.  That is also similar as real estate salesperson. 

For Amway distributor (aka ABO ~ Amway business owner) may also earn less and short term if he/she is a salesperson type just selling products because this type of salesperson does not value add to consumer.  On the other hand if ABO who build Amway business balance between selling products and building network then his/her Amway income can be lucrative, sustainable and passive income that flows in his/her lifetime and pass down to his/her generations.  Amway America already have ABOs income pass down to 3rd generation (legit as on June 2022).  You will not see this type of “pass down” income in insurance and real estate industry, NEVER!  That’s the unique of Amway business. 

Q:  Is it necessary to sell Amway products to our friends and relatives?  Don’t you afraid your friends and relatives will stay away from you when they heard Amway? 

JoAnne:  Actually, there is not rules on who you want to approach.  But think again, whether a realtor or insurance agent, they too will introduce themselves to their friends and relatives to start of with.  Everybody is buyer, it only depends if they need your products at that point of time or how much they understand the value of the products that benefits them in order to close deal.  Even if no transaction but you’ve already succeed selling your brand (Amway / insurance / property) to them and they will return to purchase products from you in future.  One thing for sure, Amway issue income to ABO (you) when your friends and relatives buy products, price listed on the website is the same cost as ABO buy.  In fact this Amway business is safe to build at least price is transparent. 

Try buying property or insurance, that is no fixed or transparent price.  Your friends and relatives will benefit from you as you promote Amway products to them because Amway is well reputation and cross half a century, it is safe to use Amway products, unlikely they shun away unless you being too pestering.  People love using good quality products and will spend!
